Sometimes, all I want is a healthy shake without feeling pressured to sign up for something. Only one staff member seems to understand how to accept "no" when I decline offers, and I'm not sure if she enjoys her job or if she's just there because her mom makes her work there. I sympathize with her and really hope they can enhance the quality of their shakes—not just for me, but for future customers as well.
