I've walked by this restaurant for years without ever going in, assuming it would be like all the other generic places. On a whim, I finally decided to give it a try and ordered the asada fries burrito, which turned out to be massive! The burrito was incredibly delicious, and the salsas were equally tasty. I definitely recommend it!
The food here is consistently excellent. I brought my niece and nephew from Pennsylvania (although my nephew has been stationed at Camp Pendleton for a year), and they both loved it! They mentioned they would share a breakfast burrito, so I ordered another one just in case—and they ended up finishing both!
This is a charming little restaurant with limited seating, but there's some parking available. I stopped by to try their menudo, and I was pleased with the generous bowl they served. It was quite tasty and came garnished with cilantro, onions, lime, and tortillas. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience!
The restaurant is exceptionally clean inside, and the menu displayed on the wall is well-presented and shining. The exterior features unique artwork that adds to its charm. The breakfast burrito was disappointing; it was quite watery. The salsa provided only a small amount—about a quarter of the cup—which felt like a waste. It tasted very bland, similar to tap water. Additionally, the tortilla was undercooked. Overall, it was not worth the money.
The rice and beans were excellent. However, the 30.5 Rolled Taquitos were quite thin and reminded me of the frozen varieties. The guacamole was more like a sauce than authentic guacamole, but it still had a nice flavor.
The prices are reasonable for the quality of food. The wet burrito is delicious, and the portions are generous, offering great value for your money. I also saw the quesadilla, and it was absolutely massive!
Ordered the California burrito and they forgot to put the potatoes which sucked because thats the only reason why I got it. The água fresca was good though. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
