Ordered 2 portions of meat and chips and was hugely disappointed. One of the portions had about a dozen chips and hardly any meat and was the same with the other portion.. when I called to ask what went wrong I spoke to someone called ali who needs training in customer service. Was told I might get a replacement portion in an hour if I'm lucky.. told them forget it.. standards have deffo slipped and doubt I order from them again..
Just down the road I tried the so called best kebab in London but it was awful dry tasteless and cold it USED to be the best but it has fallen away badly in my opinion. Super Kebab is in another level hot tasty and succulent the doner meat is very good indeed. It takes a lot of effort to maintain standards and Super kebab wins easily for me. I travelled from Tottenham especially and it’s brilliant.
they canceled the order made online, because they no longer had chicken, I asked them for a refund and they told me they would do it the next day (obviously nothing) I call them and ask what happened (I premise I also sent an email detailed the same evening) I am told I was not here if you want to come and get the refund.
Very rude staff. I phone to ask if there were tables and seats so I could dine in. The person on the phone was sarcastic and hung up. I went down anyway to try the so called super kebab. I had the lamb doner kebab. It was full of fat l, dry and very chewy. It was one of the worst kebabs i had ever tried. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The online order system got my order completely wrong I ordered Lamb Doner Kebab and a Falafel and Haloumi wrap I received Chicken doner meat and chips and a mixed meat wrap when I emailed them to let them know no one replied so probably better to go to the shop in person
That robot cutting machine is actually set to give you razor thin kebab and chicken donar and you pay for that which I think is actually a proper rip off. When asked if they could use a knife they failed to listen . Will not attend again proper kebab crooks.
Sadly quality of food and the portion size has gone down whilst prices and delivery charges are extortionate. Chips are a hit and miss, sometimes okay portion other times hardly anything in the bag and chips are old.
The best kebab I have eaten in my life i will advise everyone to go there. Both of the doners were beautiful also they have added new stuff to their menu and i will make sure to taste them out as well Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
They don’t listen to Instructions order a certain way and guess what it don’t deliver the way you ask …. Food ain’t that great either … had enough of just putting up with it won’t bother again
