One customer even had a soda stuck in the vending machine, and two others lost money trying to retrieve it. It used to be that your laundromat was fully staffed, but with the new management, the doors are locked around 6:00 PM, and it seems that there is little concern for keeping the place adequately staffed.
We urge you to bring back the excellent employees who worked here before this management change. If the current situation continues, many customers, including ourselves, are prepared to take our business elsewhere.
This laundrymat is perfection! Recommended by a camper at Kentuckiana, we had no idea how great it was until we arrived. Clean bright and beautiful. LOTS of positives including a very friendly person to help you, tables or couches to sit at with free wi-fi and power, a well appropriated vending/drink machine, Keurig coffee, laundry card so you can use you credit/debit card (no more quarters! , TVs, all sizes of washers, and all for a great price! Would love to give 10 stars!
The place is clean, but be prepared to spend a lot of money. It's 40 cents to dry for just 5 minutes, and washing costs $3.10, with the large washer priced at $10. Overall, it was an easy $50 just to do my laundry. I won't be returning.
We took over a good portion of the laundromat for our marching band uniform washing day the facility was very clean and the service was excellent. We will be back, thank you!

The place is incredibly clean. The machines operate using a card system, so you won’t have to worry about bringing a bunch of quarters! All the machines function perfectly.
Best laundromat ever! There is always an attendant working. She wiped out my washers and helped me load up the car when I was finished. Enjoy the people I meet in there.
