Very bummed to be sharing a poor review of this place, but thought it was important to post in hopes they do some course correction.I've been eating here once every couple of months for years, but my order last night was just... bad. I ordered two chicken wraps (one spicy, one not), fries, and pita chips.The chicken wraps both seemed to be using a new (less good) wrap is it whole wheat now? Just cheaper? The wrap was also closed on top (whereas it used to be open on one end), so it had less volume inside and therefore wasn't as filling as normal. Some fillings were almost totally missing (basically no turnip/fries/etc. inside), and the stuff that *was* inside was way off: the spicy one only...
There are many tasty options to choose from at this restaurant, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend trying the steak bowl with freshly cut fries. While some reviews mentioned that the portion size for the steak and rice wasn't huge, I still found the meal to be delicious and satisfying. The combination of grilled veggies, hummus, and steak was unique and delicious. The freshly cut fries were also excellent, especially with the seasoning. I highly recommend checking out this place!
This restaurant is exceptional. The packaging, cookies, and drinks are all top-notch. Our group had a lunch and learn event with a local engineering company and they were impressed! The cookies had a delicious saffron flavor and were a big hit. The wraps were satisfying with generous portions, fresh, and flavorful. Many thanks to Josh and the entire Superbaba team for a wonderful experience!
They have exactly I what I want in a restaurant. Clean atmosphere, friendly staff. And a simple menu that is appealing no matter what you order. All the wraps I have tasted have been excellent. The only complaint is sometimes the cold ingredients inside cool the rest of the wrap down. But other than that, they have always satisfied!
First time in this place with my fam. Location is convenient. Staff are nice. Just disappointed with how the wrap/shawarma was wrapped and presented . Expectations were high because of the reviews online and the price. To be fair, it’s quite tasty, loved the sauce, just needs some consistency?.
The fries I got were burnt. Also the quantity of the chicken in the platter was so little as if someone deliberately put less. The food tasted okay but that meal was not worth the money at all in terms of quantity. Not buying again anytime soon. Vancouver location has much better service.
Went in for lunch, was not disappointed. All of us ordered off their bowl menus and portion size was reasonable.Nice and Clean Tables, good service, good good.Would recommend a visit for sure, and if planning an outing their menu is also very good for take out.
If you enjoy delicious food with a perfect balance of flavors and textures, this is the place for you! I recently tried the crispy eggplant dish and it was amazing. The portions are generous and offer a great variety of ingredients. Highly recommend!
This location has different food serving and sauces than Vancouver one. It was a bit surprising as I expected food to taste the same. Nevertheless, it was delicious! Staff is friendly.I would recommend to try halva brownie dessert.
