I visited Superfish today for a takeaway, which was my second time in two weeks. Surprisingly, my previous visit was four years ago! A few years back, I switched to a low carb lifestyle and started avoiding seed oils like many others on the same diet. I believe vegetable oils are not heart-healthy, so I stopped eating takeaways because of the carbs and the use of seed oils in most restaurants. However, I recently discovered that Superfish cooks their food in beef tallow, a traditional and healthier way of cooking.
