Sushi Dragon has quickly become my favourite sushi restaurant. They have 2 stores, 1 located at Gymea which is big and spacious and Brighton Le Sands which is a bit on the smaller side but both are clean and great. The sushi is fresh and you can see the Chef's cooking/making your sushi on the spot which is good. You are also able to order sushi and other meals off the menu. My favourites are the prawn aburi, salmon aburi and the normal dragon roll. They also offer a loyalty program which offers great savings so worth the join.
I go here regularly and am never disappointed. I have started taking friends becasue I am confident of the service and food and cleanliness. The sushi meals such as the Prawn Dragon of Salmon Volcano are delicious, Teriyaki Beef Don, Miso or Udon Noodle soup are delicious. 10% of after 7pm is generous and a membership discount applies otherwise. I recommend this as the best sushi place I have found in the shire. Ask for the freshly made sushi you will enjoy..
Attended for dinner. Had some Pork Dumplings, only ate one as they had an unusual flavour... ate some other sushi..was feeling "weird".Went home, sure enough about 2hr later that dumpling wanted out!Hugged the porcelain, had the next day off work.Rang the restaurant however it was difficult to converse as the English isnt spoken too well.They apologised but Im unsure what changes would have been made so we didnt go back.
This was my first visit to this restaurant. I inquired about vegan options and a friendly server was very helpful in suggesting menu items for me to consider. I ended up ordering the vegan sushi rolls and tofu salad, both of which were freshly made and delicious. I will definitely be returning and will recommend this place to my vegan friends.

The restaurant is fresh, tasty, and friendly. I entered and placed a large order without any prior notice, and they were incredibly accommodating. The food, especially the sauces, was delicious.
Hands down best Sushi in Sutherland Shire. Good serving sizes, friendly staff, and good atmosphere. Temporarily closed due to covid, but am eagerly awaiting their re-opening!
I always get takeaway from this place. The service is always great, the food is top quality, and they are quick with orders. I especially love getting the sushi platters.
