I'd like to give a better rating to this restaurant because the sushi was great and what we ordered came quickly; however there is a huge flaw in the ordering process. My first visit the wait staff left a lot to be desired. We were just barely greeted at the door and rushed to a table and handed menus, no explanation was given on how to order as our server couldn't be bothered to explain anything. First off, any one who has given this place a good review has never eaten Sushi in a big city like Toronto, Waterloo or Hamilton, cause this is the Dollar Store version of a Sushi Restaurant. My wife and I ate here for the first time last night and we were both very impressed. Although my wife doesn't eat sushi, the Chinese buffet and other items on the menu were excellent and provided her with more than enough choices. The menu is huge with something for every taste. We went for the all-you-can-eat buffet on a Sunday night at 7:30 (They close at 9:30) and were sat right away, had our order taken right away, and were served our drinks right away. That was pretty much all the service we received for the entire night. There were several other tables occupied, however immediately after we grabbed our first plate of food, the entire hot-table was emptied and closed-down (at 8:00). Sushi came to the table 2 minutes after we ordered. Food had a cardboard not fresh taste. The food was awful. Very disappointing. Unfortunate as my friend and I have had dinner here many times. The restaurant has gone completely downhill. Sushi Rolls came to us 2 minutes after they were ordered. Definitely not fresh. Tasted like cardboard. Cashier was rude when we tried to pay with debit. Apparently they don't take debit. Absolutely will never go back. Don't waste your money. Too bad, we used to like this place.

Great options for sushi and a good spot for beginners. They are not experts on cooking french fries but who would expect them too since it's supposed to be a sushi and Chinese buffet.
I really like this place. Good food and it is very consistent. I really like the soups and also the sushi of course.
