Sushi-Indigo - Tisch reservieren

We don't come to Oryza Sushi just to eat sushi, but we come to live a culinary experience, dotted with history. The chef who makes the sushi, who also happens to be the boss, tells you about his passion for sushi and the respect he has for Japanese culture. I learned that sushi is eaten by hand, that wasabi and sauce should not be mixed, and that sauce should not be put on rice, only on fish. Now you are free to do as you wish (or almost). All this demonstrates his passion and it is felt in his cooking. The service is also top notch and totally mastered. Please note that all the products used are of high quality. In short... certainly for everything I have just written, the best sushi I have...

Ich komme immer wieder zu ihren Sushis in einer Weinbar in Freiburg (TM/TW). Sie kommen jeden Mittwochabend. Ihr Fisch ist immer frisch und geschmackvoll. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einer tollen Kombination aus Wein und Sushi sind, sollten Sie sich diese Adresse ansehen. Das hat nichts mit den Sushis Ihrer Kettenrestaurants zu tun. Es ist frisch, in wenigen Minuten zubereitet und alles auf der Speisekarte ist köstlich. Probieren Sie ihr spezielles japanisches Gemüse oder ihren Calamari-Salat!

Das Essen war großartig! Sehr guter Service! Ich würde empfehlen, vorher zu reservieren, da es recht klein ist und man das Gefühl hat, an einem großen Familientisch zu essen. Ich fand es irgendwie cool und könnte wirklich interessant sein, dort ein großes Abendessen zuzubereiten.

We were looking for a place to eat some light and a bit fast and entered the restaurant. Our surprise was to learn about the quality of food, the sushi was the best we had so far. Totally worth it. We visit it with more time to try more things.
