We regularly have our sashimi and bowls here, and regarding the quality of the fish and the dishes in general I have nothing to say. It's always fresh and very good, everyone enjoys it. On the other hand, I'm starting to get really annoyed by the errors and delivery problems which, curiously, are always to our disadvantage. Once I ordered an extra large bowl +3€ and I only received the classic loss of 3€. I then wrote on the famous form that Sushi Shop recommends using to complain, but that was over two months ago and I'm still waiting for their response. This form is therefore very clearly a decoy which only serves to try to create a diversion. Another time no sauce. Next time no wand. This...
hello I order often and as the number to call you is chargeable I leave a temporary notice here. thank you for returning to the old sauces the little sachets were not great. but impossible on Deliveroo to order additional sauces. and there are clearly not enough of them. It's sauces, it's not the most expensive product. If you could be more generous or let us buy more that would be great.
Je suis passée à la boutique pour commander et attendre ma commande. Un accueil médiocre, des employés qui soupirent en voyant un client ! Honnêtement, cela ne donne pas envie d’y retourner. Dans la box 3 feves d’edamame. C’est peu voire une honte !
