Sushi Shop - Tisch reservieren

My fiancée and I recently dined at the sushi shop and had a wonderful experience. She mentioned that it may become her new favorite restaurant. The staff at the cash register and the chef were very friendly. The sushi portions were generous and tasted fresh. My fiancée was impressed by the amount of vegetables in the sushi and was very satisfied. I would recommend that they consider adding vegan options to their menu. They could use terms like "without animal products" or "peace-friendly" to attract more customers. I ordered food online for delivery, expecting it to arrive the same evening. However, after placing my order, I received a message saying that my delivery would be delayed until the next day at noon, even though the restaurant was still open. I called to explain the situation and was reassured that my order would be prepared for that evening. I then asked if it could be delivered to me, as I now needed to pick it up. I requested a refund for the delivery fee, which I was told would be processed later that evening after the rush. Unfortunately, after two follow-up calls and three days later, I still have not received my refund. This lack of professionalism is disappointing.

The last time we ordered from the St. Sauveur location, a very expensive item was not included in the pick up order, yet we paid for it. We were assured that a credit note was put into the system and when we went tonight, our name and credit amount was not listed in the system which is a note book. No one spoke English and our order was prepared without wasabi or ginger, therefore we did not have the appropriate condiments. The service was poor, the taste of the food was bland and we will never use this location again.

After having been bought sushi there a dozen times, I can tell you that the employees are awful : error in 4 of my orders out of 10, icy reception, horrible telephone order taking (always the same employee who thinks himself a diva and made the mistakes), ... go elsewhere but not there!

I recently tried two Sunrise Poke bowls with extra edamame, along with fried rice. The food was still hot and very fresh, with generous portions of ingredients. The fried sweet potatoes were beautifully presented and the flavors were fantastic. This is now my go-to spot for poke bowls!

Always complicated to call them. they do not answer or the phone system does not work. difficult to know whether they are closed or open.
