I ordered takeout on a Friday and discovered hair in my sushi when I got home. I tried reaching out to customer service with pictures and emails, but received no response. When I tried to submit a claim on the website, it didn't work. I eventually contacted the manager of the restaurant, who was unhelpful and stated that pictures were not sufficient proof, even with a receipt. She insisted I bring the sushi in for inspection, but I had already thrown it away. She claimed that without the food, there was no proof and she couldn't do anything.
