We came here because they had a vegan/vegetarian menu on their website. When we sat down at our table, the menu didn’t call out what was vegan or vegetarian. I ordered the Veggie Bento Box and my husband asked if was vegan. The server (hesitantly) said yes. When my miso soup arrived she said it might not be vegan… so I let my husband eat it. The Veggie Box was decent—big portion! But it came to the table 10 minutes before my husband’s food so I was half done when he started eating. Way over priced, nothing authentic and the taste is very mediocre. You can tell tell they copied many restaurants, starting from fake lantern in martini glass with beets and setting there plates oh fire with roles. For the price wish they can come up with there own style then just copying everyone around them. I always thought chef had to be creative and artistic but I guess either they have no chef but copycats with no idea.of there own.
This sushi restaurant has a charming and cozy atmosphere. Everything we tried, from the sushi to the soup, entrées, and bento boxes, was expertly prepared and suited our tastes perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes. Since we visited later on a weekday, the place was quiet, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing family dinner. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.

Food was better than the first time I went (With my mother a few years ago), but this time I went with my partner. Our server was polite but short, no additional conversation other than handing us the menu and explaining what our food was when it got to our table. We can't be sure, but we felt unwelcome because my partner is half black. Most likely wouldn't dine again.
I was extremely disappointed. We had a confirmed appointment. We arrived a At they still hadn’t seated the reservations. They told me there were a lot of people ahead of us. I asked what was the point of a reservation? They didn’t seem to care. I was very embarrassed since I had a special night planned for my Valentine’s Day date. I will never go there again
The selection is excellent! I highly recommend the Volcano Roll if you enjoy baked sushi. The fried gyoza is also a tasty appetizer. The service is friendly, and I would definitely come back.
We visited Sushi Ukai tonight (on Christmas Eve Eve) for our family dinner and we all loved it! The food was fantastic and service was excellent as well! We will definitely be back.
