Un tout petit restaurant avec une très belle déco. Service impeccable, prévenant, on ne pousse pas à la consommation, si un menu est très copieux on vous le dit. Les plats : présentation très soignée, saveurs, inventivité, tout y est. Ça change vraiment des restaurants sushis lambda comme il y en a tant (trop) maintenant. Je me suis régalée. Et j'ai hâte d'y retourner .

This couple loves their work and it feels at all levels, both in the quality of the dishes and in the kindness of the service. You're in the area? This small restaurant is an absolute must!
Lunch was limited to a bento box when eating in the restaurant but it was truly excellent. I have been to Japan many times on business and although you just cannot get fish of the same quality as Japan in France the bento box that they produce is varied and of the best quality that I have had in France.
Je suis allé dans ce restaurant à midi, il propose un Bento et uniquement ça le midi. Ce plat était frais, ingrédients de qualité, très bonne proportion, vraiment un vrai délice. Je vous conseille fortement ce restaurant qui propose que des produits frais.
Penser à réserver votre table si vous souhaitez manger à suschichalet car le restaurant ne compte que douze couverts. Toujours un délicieux moment tant pour le service, que la qualité des plats et leur présentation.
