We hadn't dined at Sushiko in quite a few years, and I must say, the quality of the fish was just as fantastic as I remembered. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. I ordered the sushi sashimi bento box, which gave me a great sampling of various items, and there's truly nothing like sashimi to showcase the freshness of the fish. It was exceptional, and we will definitely be ordering from them again. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? (Maybe not for every day, but absolutely yes.)
Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! The Salmon Avocado Roll (6 pieces) featured super fresh salmon and avocado. The Kuro Edamame was also fantastic, with sweet soybeans and just the right amount of seasoning.
I'm really happy that Sushiko is back in business. It was my favorite spot for Happy Hour before the pandemic. Although they don't have Happy Hour deals at the moment...
