Well...i am from Texas and I have found a little piece of heaven in Folsom Califorina. Sutter Street Grill is one of my top 5 ever breakfast places to eat....i just had my 4th morning in a row eating there. It is located in a historical building in old downtown Folsom. This is a 'start from scratch ' meal creation. Homemade breads, biscuits, muffins, sausage and many other mouth watering food. It is only open for breakfast and lunch. All staff is friendly and eager to make sure you are happy and full. I took a photo of my my homemade biscuits and scratch gravey and it is the best I have ever had besides home. This place is really neat. The beers are many and wide ranging, all local to Cali save for one or two. Each day the Chef comes up with something fun for the menu. The day I was there was a chicken fried steak sandwich and a hot pastrami sandwich. Chickenfried steak is my absolute favorite breakfast so I was compelled to try it. It. Was. Amazing. My buddy had the hot pastrami andsaid the same. I was impressed with the decor as well. There's a lot to look at. Lastly, the service was also great. Veryattentive and fast.
The wait time at Sutter Street Grill was surprisingly short for such a popular breakfast spot. The prices on the menu were even more impressive, offering great value compared to other breakfast-focused restaurants. The only downside was sitting near the back, where the noise from the kitchen was constant and quite loud. This excessive noise is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. If you’re sensitive to sound, keep this in mind when choosing your seat.
Wait was impressively short for a popular breakfast focused restaurant. Prices were even more impressive. Very inexpensive compared to other restaurants that are breakfast exclusive. Only downside is if you sit near the back of the restaurant, it isincredibly loud from slamming dishes nonstop. The excessive noise is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. We sat in theback, and yes, it was THAT loud.

We did not intend on eating here but we we're turned away from Chicago Fire since they won't allow dogs on their patio. We decided to eat here since they have tables setup on the sidewalk. I wasn't expecting much but this place is really good. Freshingredients and prepared with care. Also the portions are quite large too. Really good value for what you get.
I've had better experiences at Denny's. Was served a floating plastic cap in my hot tea. The extra hot water for my hot tea was room temperature. The wait staff was snarky and unfriendly. The food was also bland. I can get around bad service at a quaintplace like this, but at least the food should be good. Not coming back. I do not recommend this place.
The food at Sutter Street Grill is outstanding! Expect to wait about 15-20 minutes to be seated and another 5-10 minutes for your order, but it’s definitely worth the wait. They offer both outdoor and indoor seating, including bar and booth options. Our top pick was the blueberry pancakes—they were absolutely delicious!
Very popular place for locals to eat brunch. A lovely choice, too. The food here is always delicious. I especially love their bacon and pancakes. The customer service is great as well. The restaurant's atmosphere is very cute, and they've kept it nicelyupdated over the years.
