It was an okay experience. The prices were a bit higher than I anticipated. As someone who has never been to Sweet Frog before, I found that the employee didn’t explain the process very well, which led to me spending more than I intended. However, the yogurt and the toppings were fantastic. I did feel a bit confused not knowing how everything worked at Sweet Frog, but the overall product was excellent. There was a wide variety of toppings and yogurt flavors to choose from, and I appreciated being able to take my time to create it exactly how I wanted.
I absolutely love frozen yogurt! Although I'm not lactose intolerant, I still enjoy a delicious dairy-free frozen treat. They offer a wide variety of flavors, both dairy and non-dairy, along with an incredible selection of toppings, including fresh fruit, candy, waffle cones, chocolate, and cookies. The restaurant has indoor seating, allowing you to enjoy your froyo or sorbet on-site. They also have high chairs for little ones, and there's a gumball machine in the corner for some added fun!
They have a self-service bar with dozens of toppings, which I found to be a great touch. Everything is self-serve, and you pay for the ice cream by weight, which is a fantastic concept! Now, I bring a fabric cooler bag with me so I can fill cups to take home and enjoy later. I’ve always loved ice cream, but this takes it to a whole new level. It's truly exceptional!
We've always been fans of Sweet Frog, but CHRISTIAN made our most recent visit truly exceptional! He was friendly, patient, and accommodating, making my kids feel like they were the guests of honor. Love visits to Sweet Frog!! Yummy yogurt flavors and so many toppings!! It's easy to get carried away. I love to get the fruit and nut toppings with hot fudge and caramel. My son prefers the cand, of course. They've opened up the window so you can serve yourself! Easy to get in trouble!
Today, my family and I went to Sweet Frog, and we had a wonderful experience. The gentleman who assisted us was full of energy and very welcoming. Thank you for the excellent service! Both of these young men have a bright future ahead of them.
Don?t ever let Christian go. He is so nice, helpful and is the reason we came back tonight after our Sunday visit. He spoke with my son and make suggestions and that made his day. Ice cream was good too, but seriously, cherish Christian!
