I arrived at Swig today at 4:40 to pick up a DoorDash order. After notifying the staff that I was there for DoorDash, I waited for 10 minutes, only to be told I was too early for the pickup. The woman at the front asked me to return at 5:00. My order was just one drink, and I even offered to let her use my phone to locate it if needed. She was uncooperative and didn’t offer to have me pull aside while they prepared my order. Being told to leave and come back wasted both my time and theirs. I ended up canceling the order and will not be returning to this location for pickups or personal visits.
