Ordered our food, my chicken stir fry came without chicken. My wife ordered her chicken dinner that had rice that was not cooked which meant my rice in my stir fry was not cooked. We were told that they tried to make rice but there was no time to cook it properly which meant they knew it was not cooked. So I did not eat and my wife switched to a baked potato, but instead of taking the plate and redoing it, they left it there with the chicken and she had to wait for the baked potato. We had a CAA card for a free appetizer and because I didn't have meal they charged me for it. She also said she gave me refill on my drink I should have paid for, but was told I can get refills free.It date night...
July 24, 2023... We had an outstanding experience at this restaurant. The young staff member who seated us and served our meals was polite and attentive. Our server, Kristen, was friendly and accommodating, which made our visit truly enjoyable. We appreciated her cheerful demeanor. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious, and it arrived at our table quickly and piping hot. Overall, we had great food, excellent service, and a fantastic location!
The food is great as always! The service, on the other side, was pretty bad. We had to go near the kitchen to ask for it because the sever was not around. I also wanted to order chicken poutine to go after the lunch for the flight we are taking in a few hours, but the server never came back... My dining experience made this restaurant's ambience quite negative.
Food was OK perfectly acceptable, I have food allergies and the staff were very accommodating, and the food was good, I mean it was chicken and a baked potato so not a great sample of what the place is capable of. Food was hot , was good , our server was very professional and courteous. Today May 21 , 2023 was my first time back here since 2019.The staff is still professional and courteous , the interior has been renovated and looks more modern , and the food Double leg ? dinner was fabulous!!
Heather is an outstanding server, and I'm always pleased when we have her. The food is typical Southern cuisine, and the venue is clean. However, they should assess the accessibility of the restrooms. Can someone in a wheelchair actually reach the hand towels that are placed so high?
Ordered the quater chicken bundle. You were out of soup so we asked for salad instead. We got salad but no fries then we’re told we didn’t ask for the bundle. Chicken was great. Salad had very brown and soggy lettuce. Not very satisfied with our service today
Since we first visited this location, we've happily started driving the extra miles to get there. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. Although we live nearer to another Swiss Chalet, the one in Tillsonburg far exceeds it in every way. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Rib and chicken meal is huge and can feed 2 people!! Priced right and ribs are excellent with maple barbecue sauce
