I’ve checked in and printed the baggage tag at home. Swiss closed Check-in 3 right next to the train station at the Zürich airport, and forced me to walk to Check-in 1 at the opposite end of this big airport. After 15 minutes I arived at Check-in 1, there’re more than 100 passengers waiting to drop off their baggages using the “Fast Bag Drop”. Only 3 counters opened to take your luggage. I waited more than 30 minutes among 100 passengers to drop off the baggage using their so called Fast Bag Drop…Is this mormal? Are they allowed to still call it Fast Bag Drop. Mind that Zürich airport is their home base.

Am a Platinum United Airlines member. Lining up in the business checkin the singled out a lady of color and asked her if they can „help“ her. Needless to say she her husband (Caucasian) where outraged. Comes our turn they where tediously obsessing for 30 min if I need to pay 1or 2 bags never mind my status or all the money spend with Star Alliance. They only Star Swiss deserve is one one can flush down the toilet. Just tedious and small minded and racist …

Man checkt selbst ein, klebt das Gepäcketikett eigenhändig an und gibt das Gepäck am FAST BAG DROP auf. Liebe Swiss, was genau meint ihr mit FAST, wenn ich trotzdem satte 30 Minuten in der Schlange warten muss? Eine Erklärung dafür gibt es nicht. Der Prozess ist schlichtweg schlecht und kundenunfreundlich. Es ist wirklich schade, dass es mit Swiss so bergab geht. Ich bin wirklich verärgert.

Joke of a check in experience. Waiting to drop hand luggage off given flight is full and will be limited space on board, but no one wants to actually help and the process takes ages. Complete joke. Training and more staff needed at check in desks. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Fast, comfortable and efficient. Can only be used by First class HON Circle card holders (Not Senator, unlike normal Swiss First checkin counters)
