This is one of two first class lounges at Zurich Airport. To visit the lounge you can either take a shuttle from the first class lounge in the main terminal, or access the E terminal via the airport train, both of course providing you have a first class ticket or possess the Lufthansa HON level. The lounge was awarded “best first class lounge in the world” by Skytrax in 2022. We can understand why. The interior is exquisite, featuring lots of wood and leather seats. It has comfortable couches for reading and relaxing. Ala carte with wine pairing was lovely. Thank you chef/s. Service in lounge was top notch. Quiet personal spaces was appreciated. Unfortunately had to walk all the way from one terminal to another to get to gate E. Do not be fooled by the advertising of Swiss First Class services on their website, of personalised meet and greet and chauffered experiences from gate to lounge. No such thing exist. Perhaps word of advice for who ever was incharge of the front desk at the lounge, rich people don't always wear bling. Maybe less assumptions and just be civil to anyone who pitches up yeah, to avoid bitter after tastes.
Ich kann mir kein besseres Lounge-Erlebnis vorstellen. Ich habe einige Stunden in den Ruheräumen verbracht, um zu schlafen und zu duschen. Die Betten und Annehmlichkeiten sind auf dem Niveau eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Die Auswahl an Weinen und Getränken ist ebenfalls unübertroffen, und das à la carte Restaurant rundet das fantastische Lounge-Erlebnis perfekt ab. Auch der Transport vom Hauptterminal war ein netter Bonus. Das Sahnehäubchen ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Landebahn 28/10 und das Hauptterminal. Ferngläser werden zur Verfügung gestellt, um das Flugzeugen Spotten in vollen Zügen zu genießen.
Es war nicht mein erster Besuch in dieser schön gestalteten SWISS First Class Lounge in Zürich. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen in ihrem à la carte Restaurant hat mir gefallen, obwohl die vegetarischen Optionen sehr begrenzt sind. Die Getränke, insbesondere die Cocktails, waren köstlich! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt genossen und freue mich darauf, mich wieder in dieser Lounge zu entspannen!

Das ist weltweit meine bevorzugte Lounge (neben der FCT in Frankfurt). Freundlicher Service, gutes Essen, schöne Aussicht. Man wünscht sich fast, dass der Flug verspätet ist.
Overall we had a very good 3 hours staying at the lounge! Staff is always there if you need something and the food/drinks were very good! We also loved the view of the apron!
