The manager has no tact. His poor employees are clueless and customer service is clearly a thing of the past. I understand issues happen. They happen to us all everyday, but that is where resolution comes in. This taco bell however has no desire to resolve or make things right only tell you what they can't do.
Neq Manager and New Assistant Manager have been running things. This place went to a really good place. We always make a smile. Shows appreciation when I get into ice storms. They are so attentive and Alwats treat me well. Alwats a pleasure to do business with them
No sauce or chicken on Chicken Quesadilla, it was just cheese. Chips were stale. Did not get Fire Sauce Packet and this is the third time in a row over a two month period. Have they really been "out of sauce" that long?

This is the longest I have ever waited to be seated at a restaurant, and I'm pretty sure the staff were busy taking baths and getting drinks.
Food was good but I got sick. That's the second time in a row.So yeah be prepared to puke 3 hours or less after eating here.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. They even gave me extra sauce, which made me very pleased with my order!
