Horrible service, poor work ethic, they particularly fail on Monday through Thursday between 11pm-12am, many times no one answers at the drive thru or they say we are only taking mobile orders. You're still open, all orders should be welcomed, it's a business that's there to make money on all fronts, straight up laziness, food is hit or miss also, 50/50 chance it will come out right or you will need to return. The Taco Bell in San Gabriel is much better, much better management and staff, people there hustle, worth the drive.

Went back to tell them that they messed up and they didn’t give me a full refund. The lady working was probably mad that she’s 50 and this is the best job she could find. The guy with a beard is always telling me to stay in the front yet today he gave me regular cheese. This was the 3rd or 5th time. All my food went to waste. Good thing, I smelled it before eating it. The 1st time it had a sticket with Vegan cheese the smell was different.

The food was enjoyable, but it was served cold. The restaurant was relatively quiet, which has its benefits since you don't have to wait long in the drive-thru. The customer service was average—neither great nor terrible. As for parking, the lot is quite small.
This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. During my last three trips, the food has been consistently disappointing. It's served cold, and everything looks hastily thrown together. I won't be returning.
