I have consistently had issues with missing sauce packets and incomplete orders at this restaurant. The portion of Nacho Fries I received was only a third of the expected amount in a small cup. The food was cold and some items were missing. On a previous occasion, my order was completely incorrect and labeled with someone else's name, despite my receipt being attached to the bag. DoorDash attempted to redeliver the order, but Taco Bell refused to remake it and turned the delivery driver away. Despite giving them another chance, the experience was still disappointing. If you want to receive what you paid for, I would not recommend ordering from here.
I have never seen so much garbage outside in the parking lot...even right at the front entrance....cups, food, napkins, trash. It almost made me not want to go in. Food was ok. Service? well they did give me guacamole on the side, when I asked, that was supposed to be on my nachos in the first place. But I needed a fork and they had none out and even after I told them, I never got one and they were not put out. I almost told them about all the trash outside, because the dining room was pretty clean. Although my husband said the men's bathroom was dirty. Perhaps my expectations were to high!
I live 5 minutes from here and ordered a chicken quesadilla meal. The chicken quesdilla was cold, cheese wasn't even melted and was sliced all around not even into triangles so I had to cut it myself while drag marks from the person who tried to cut it were through in all kinds of directions. The drink was so watered down and packed with ice to the brim, I got the brisk mango and it tasted like water. I didn't even bother with the taco.
just tried the new Shredded Beef Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco . Not as filled looking as they look in the pictures but very tasty. Unlike most of their food, I recommend using a knife and fork on a plate. Otherwise the cheese grilled on the outsides can get messy.

The three soft tacos and Nacho Cheese Doritos taco never fail to disappoint. The flavor is always consistent, the texture is amazing, and with each bite, you can tell it was made to satisfy your taste buds. Thank you for listening, Liyah Malavet out!
I had a disappointing experience when I placed my order. I wasn't informed that my order was complete, and it took 30 minutes for them to prepare it.
The restaurant is very dirty, and the manager or supervisor speaks in a rather unrefined manner. I suppose that's just how things are in Lehigh.
We were disappointed to find that all of our food was served cold and there were tacos missing from our order.
