I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at Taco Bell this evening. While driving down M-59 in White Lake, Michigan, I suddenly felt dizzy and numb, realizing my blood sugar was dropping rapidly. I spotted the Taco Bell sign and managed to pull into the drive-thru. All I could say was that I needed help with my blood sugar. A remarkable employee named Gabe quickly took action. He told me to pull forward, and I was immediately handed a Mountain Dew Baja Blast along with two soft tacos. In my confusion and dizziness, I couldn’t find my card and mentioned I had a few dollars in cash in my car. However, Gabe was more concerned about my safety and well-being....
I ordered $44 worth of food through DoorDash, but my $7 burrito was missing from the delivery. When I called the restaurant to discuss my options, the manager said I could come in to pick it up. I drove 15 minutes to the restaurant and asked if there was any compensation for my inconvenience. The manager told me that I had the choice of either getting a refund for the burrito or picking it up, which he hadn’t mentioned over the phone, and then he walked away to text on his phone. Thankfully, DoorDash was kind enough to issue a refund for the missing item. I’ve been to this Taco Bell multiple times and my order has never been correct. It’s incredibly careless service. I was there on Sunday 12/17/23; nobody greeted us, let alone came to take an order. So I had to order on the self serve kiosk. Breakfast was still going for about 10 more minutes. But the staff waited until breakfast had ended, to switch the menu then tell us that the order (that I already placed and paid for) wouldn't be made. They gave me the option to get something from the regular menu or get a refund. I asked for a refund and it took several tries to get that right.
Today, I had an experience with Nichole K as my cashier. When I requested water, she told me that I would need to take less time next time for her time clock, which felt uninviting. Awful service. Cold soggy tacos . My last beefy melt burrito Sat around so long the tortilla fused to the wrapper. It was a cold soggy mess. EVERY time I go the mess up or outright omit something.

Horrible food and too expensive. Even got handed the wrong order in the drive thru. Another fast food restaurant I am not going back too.
