Do not eat here! I watched an employee come out of the bathroom with gloves in and went straight back to making food with the same gloves they had on! Disgusting. Not only that but I was not greeted by anyone and nobody willing to take my order. I will never come back. As soon as the UPS guy came in they all were ready to greet him and get the package from him! Horrible customer service
Ive become addicted to the Cinnabon Delights! they are warm and soft with a light sugar/cinnamon coating on the outside, and an incredible, creamy filling inside that is delicious. Cinnabon itself doesnt have anything as good. the crunchy tacos are always good. this has become my go-to comfort meal. The steak chalupa deluxe is pretty good as well. you wont regret ordering from here.
I don?t always review fast food chains but when I do, it is because the staff did an excellent job. I made a midnight order expecting it would arrive not in the best shape wrong. It was packaged well and the items were some of the best I?ve had from the chain. Whoever is working the night shift you?re doing a great job.
Once again, this restaurant failed to get my order right. They didn't include the second chalupa or the drink that came with the meal. I had a fantastic experience, especially for a late-night order! My Dasher made the considerable journey from King Street to Clarendon Arlington around 2 AM. They were very friendly and communicative, and they even double-checked to make sure my order was correct. Thank you!
I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, only to find that my food was cold when I got it. Even the nacho cheese sauce for my fries was cold. Unfortunately, I couldn't return it for a replacement because I didn't receive a receipt, so it was all quite disappointing.
This is the best Taco Bell I've ever visited. It’s always consistent, quick, and the food is fresh and well-prepared. You can tell that someone there genuinely cares about getting things right. I've never seen a drive-thru operate so efficiently and consistently!
