after placing my order on the kiosk because there was not a soul to be seen, and I also had questions about my order that was not answered because customer service doesn't exist any more .They got my order wrong.I guess its hard to read a screen that says supreme instead of regular. so we need to go back to preschool to learn to read.not only that but the fact that you pay extra for the supreme and then not receive it.its pure incompetency
Manager decide lunch rush is the time to change batteries for the intercom. This is good for business making someone wait in drive thru 20 min and would y disclose manager name. As a customer seems shady and lacking accountability.. to the owner this manager lacks customer service, appropriate planning and staff management. Do yourself a favor and find better help for your business
Picked up food in the drive in and the worker was extremely rude. The food took forever and then I had the window shut in my face when handed my food. The worker didn't even say a word to me, practically threw the bag and shut the window. Then I waited to see if there was anything else and she just stood there.
I tried to go here for breakfast at 9am and I waited at the order box for 5 minutes and no one answered. I then pulled up to the window and no one was around so even though there were cars in the parking lot I assume that no one inside wanted to work. I left and went across the street to McDonald's. Went in and got out in 5mins!! Turned around n was in and out in 3mins bc I forgot my team member's order. The food was hot n just how I ordered!!
Not accepting cash or credit...Only online door dash orders.This is the worst TB in the metro east by far! Avoid if possible....
I like toco bell, this location is a hit or miss sometimes survice is good sometimes it's not the best and the food is about 94
