Angelica and Phillip provide excellent service! The district manager could learn a lot from them about how to treat customers. If I were the owner of Taco Bell, I wouldn't allow someone like him to represent the brand, especially since he seems to be driving customers away at an alarming rate. Don't go here. On separate occasions we have yried to go here and always closed. Last week we tried to go in when we could see someone sweeping at 445pm and she unlocked the door to tell us they wont open until 5pm. Tonight, after sitting behind 5 cars in drive thru at 838pm when I finally get up to order, the guy comes on and tells the car in front of me that he is closed, yet we couldn't pull ahead because people were at the window and we couldnt back out. There were 4 cars behind me and the lady directly behind me was picking up from grubhub. She walked to the window and he still denied serving her. Dining at this restaurant has significantly declined. The ground beef does not even taste like meat; it's quite unappetizing. The prices are no longer reasonable, and the service is poor. While there are rare occasions when you might encounter a friendly and efficient staff member, most of the time, the service is slow, and I've often seen employees sitting on their phones instead of attending to customers. From the perspectives of the drive-thru and parking area, it's clear that they are losing business quickly because they aren't as busy as they used to be. Taco Bell really needs to return to providing quality food and service, while also addressing their staffing issues.
I always give taco bell a try, but they fail each time. Not even in the last ten years that I have ordered them, I have ever received everything I have ordered. not once! but they have the boldness to increase their prices. what I ordered today should cost only $5 less than ten years. The woman in front of me ran out of gas, but the staff at this Taco Bell responded swiftly and effectively! They helped push her car to the parking area and promptly got the lunch line moving again. Their professionalism and courtesy were impressive, and I truly appreciate their quick action! Hats off to these employees for their efficiency!
I received the wrong order after waiting about 20 minutes in line. This location has frequently closed due to various issues. It might be worth considering better incentives for the staff to keep them engaged, which could improve overall service. The issue seems to be more about management than the employees themselves.
The staff was extremely efficient, from the drive-through to the counter, and they kept everything running smoothly. They were friendly and courteous. Although they forgot my taco initially, when I went back through the drive-through, they acknowledged the mistake and assured me it was no problem. Overall, good service!
I didn’t catch the name of the guy who helped me, but when I arrived around 1 PM, he was managing the drive-thru, the counter, and filling drinks all at once. It's not a bad place. Y'all just need management to figure out a better strategy for speeding up the process. Shouldn't have to wait inside for 45 minutes for a couple of burritos, while watching people in the drive through get their stuff right away.
