The most unhappy employees I've ever seen. I come here once or twice a month but never seen even one happy employee. Today I didn't see grumpy grandma that works there, scary like a bouncer but I've seen new faces that still look unhappy. They can't even fake a smile. Something is wrong. The place is not welcoming. I will still come for a chicken quesadilla and check if I can find someone that is happy to have a job or happy with what they are doing. I've been to different fast food and restaurants but this place and the employees faces made me curious. Do they hate each other? The vibe is different.
Ordered my food then was told after I already paid for it that they aren 't selling what I ordered yet. When I asked for my drink they said well do you just want the EMPTY CUP instead? First time I 've ever gone into a taco bell. Last time I will ever go again. They also didn 't give me the sauce I ordered with my food!
This is the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. I ordered a Mexican pizza, and the tortilla tasted like plastic and seemed expired. This location really needs new management, or the regional managers should visit to ensure quality control. Otherwise, someone might end up suing them for serving expired food.
I wish I could show you the pictures, but unfortunately, we didn't receive all of the food that was supposed to be delivered by DoorDash. Everyone is pointing fingers, but nobody is taking responsibility for the missing items, such as the beans.

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times through Uber Eats, and each time they have failed to include the sauce I requested. I even contacted my driver to confirm that the sauce was in the bag, but unfortunately, it was missing again.
If I could show you the photos, I would illustrate the missing beef, some of the dishes you prepare, and the fact that you deliver a bag to the door without any blame for missing beans.
Very un professional service is so bad at the register. They are very rude. they don't want to help and just have conversations with each other, not helping customers.
The food should not be served if it's stained. I just had the Mexican pizza, and it tasted like tortillas that were two years old.
