For customers ordering delivery, PLEASE STOP!! Taco Bell is probably the worst place to deliver from! ALL LOCATIONS!! The lines are crazy long and slow during lunch and dinner! And they frequently close the dining rooms early for random reasons and sodelivery drivers are forced to wait in the even longer and slower drive thru lines. And the few that times I actually waited inline, the food bag seems cold like they made it a long time ago. And this location on Waiakamilo NEVER answers the phone sothere?s help or assistance from the staff whatsoever! And the same goes for all the delivery apps, anytime there is any problemthe support line does little to nothing to help solve the problem!
This used to be a great Taco Bell. Since they?ve reopened that?s changed. Lines are incredibly long for drive through. I?ve tried to avoid the drive through and gone inside only to be told that they aren?t taking in person orders (I was half waythrough making my order and there were people in the building waiting on orders they had just placed). Most recently I tried togo drive through in the morning. I sat by the ordering menu for 5 minutes. No one came on to take my order. I finally gaveup. When I drove by the window all the lights were on etc. but the place looked abandoned. Good quality has also gone way downhill. I?ll be driving out of my way to go to a different Taco Bell.
This review is focused on the drive-thru experience. The service at this location is significantly better than at the Beretania site, with shorter lines and a greater availability of the items I want to order. We've never had issues with our orders being incorrect, though we always make it a point to double-check before leaving. Additionally, the customer service here is much friendlier compared to other locations we've visited.
I've been here twice at the lunch hour and the service seems to crawl at a snails pace. But, the service people are very helpful and kind. If you are planning on coming here during lunch note there is very little parking and the drive-thru space is verycramped. It's not uncommon to have your car hanging out or waiting in line on the rather busy street.

I used the drive-thru, and my order was always accurate and delicious. Given the current times, it's a really affordable and satisfying breakfast option. I had two cheesy toasted breakfast burritos with sausage, and they were absolutely delicious!
Friendly and quick. The food looked like the pictures on the menu. My mind was blown! I've been to some they mess up my order or it's all crazy looking but this TacoBell's food looked good and taste good.
Service is always great here when I pick up lunch from there. Joy always greets me and asks about my mom. I look forward to seeing Joy when I go to this Taco Bell
Their Fiesta Burrito is NUMERO UNO! Tasty without any meat. Don't ever take it off your menu please! :

I arrived at the restaurant at 8:43 PM, but the door was already locked before 9 PM.
Was ok, just fast drive thru. No issues, was open when I craved it! Awsome!!!!
