AJ is definitely management material. His attitude during my visit was exceptional! He got my order exactly right, and I’m very particular about my preferences. He made the whole experience wonderful. My food was served hot, and I received no beans with extra cheese, just as I asked. If you have the opportunity, please acknowledge him—he truly deserves it! I really enjoyed my interaction with him. Thank you, AJ—you’re one of a kind!
This place is either understaffed or the staff is simply unmotivated. I waited 20 minutes for some burritos, and I expected it to be faster than getting food to go, but it wasn’t. I once waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru and ended up getting a refund because the whole experience was ridiculous. I definitely won’t be coming back. The worst part is that this location is only half a block from my home.
It was an average experience. I ordered a burrito with just beans and cheese, no beef, but they still added beef and left out the beans. You have to speak up for the cashier to hear you. I had to go to the drive-thru window to place my order because the menu wasn’t working. They were using a plastic menu hanging outside, and it was raining. Overall, not a great experience.
Food is trash here. Never clean. Customer service sucks. My food was cold and I told them about it and I was in a shouting match with cook, she said it was Because of lettuce. But my meat was still cold. Then, they were talking in Spanish and I speak fivelanguages I spoke back in Spanish they acted like they didn't understand. Terrible food Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This Taco Bell is quite good. I typically place my orders through the app for faster service. The staff is generally pleasant. The location is not very crowded, making it convenient for both walking and drive-thru access. Overall, I have no complaints!
The service at the front counter was excellent. They forgot to add sour cream to one of our tacos, but the staff quickly fixed it and even gave us an extra taco at no extra cost. No issues at all!
Place was very clean. Food was good. I had a quick lunch and left. The dining area was very well cleaned. Definitely coming again.
