I think this Taco Bell is probably the worst I've ever been to. My taco was shockingly small, barely the width of two straws. I honestly wouldn’t have been surprised if they had just claimed they were out of beef, which is often their go-to excuse. I can't recommend this place. Also, to the rude staff member with green hair: your customer service was appalling. Your attitude and the way you spoke made it clear that you didn't want to be there. I suggest you consider looking for a different job that you might enjoy more.

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered my meal twice, but both times I received the wrong dish. When I returned the incorrect order, they prepared a new one for me. Unfortunately, the second attempt was just as unsatisfactory. The food was messy and looked haphazardly assembled. It wasn't even wrapped properly! Sour cream was smeared all over the outside of the wrappers, and half of the taco filling ended up at the bottom of the bag. I will definitely not be returning to this location!
I want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the night staff who have been serving us over the past six weeks. They are always friendly, even when we arrive late, and consistently treat us with incredible respect. The quality of service we receive often exceeds that of upscale restaurants. I've been to this restaurant several times since it was remodeled, and each visit has left me feeling that something is missing. The portions of meat are consistently small, which is disappointing. The staff also seems to have a negative attitude, looking unhappy no matter what time it is. I used to go there often since I live just down the street, but lately, I've been choosing other places or completely different restaurants instead.
I waited in line for an excessively long time. Several employees saw me standing there with cash in hand but did not approach to take my order. Finally, someone came to the counter, placed an order down, and then walked away without even acknowledging my presence. After 10 minutes, someone finally came over and asked if I was ready to order. The customer service was terrible.

This spot use to be alright with the good food and service, but the last few time I been here its been very poor. Missing items long wait even though it isn't busy. Just today I was missing my chicken quesadilla so had to turn back. When I got home I took a bite out of my chicken chalupa and it barely had any chicken in it. Taco Bell is the perfect example of moderation; it's great for an indulgence once or twice a week. I actually wish they would raise their prices to improve the quality of their food. This could help them attract customers away from places like Chipotle.
