"The food at Taco Bell is reliable as always. My receipt showed that everything I ordered was correct, but two out of the four items were missing some components. I suppose that's what you get when you go half an hour before closing time. On the upside, the staff was friendly, and the food was good."

This restaurant is just okay at best. It’s not terrible, but it’s not great either—definitely inconsistent. Sometimes things go smoothly, but other times there are issues. For instance, I’ve visited before and after placing my entire order, they suddenly informed me that they were out of taco meat, even though they were supposed to be open for another three hours. How do you run out of taco meat at Taco Bell? I considered leaving but was stuck in a long line, so we ended up getting chicken instead. I placed an order just before midnight through the mobile app, transitioning into April 24th. When I arrived at the drive-thru and provided the name on my order, everything seemed fine until I reached the second window. There, I was told that half of my order was out of stock. I had specifically requested certain items and was never informed of the shortage at the speaker. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order. When we brought the issue to the attention of two male employees, they responded in a confrontational and defensive manner. They denied that there was any cheese in the chalupa and even raised their voices, insisting, "There's absolutely no cheese on it." Such language is completely inappropriate in front of customers. Additionally, a female employee in the back made a comment about hoping that we wouldn't report them. They remade our chalupa, but upon inspection, we could still see cheese present. It's clear that food allergies should be taken more seriously. Regrettably, we will no longer be returning to this Taco Bell, despite having been frequent customers in the past.

I don't even know where to begin with this place—it was awful. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Crunchwrap, only to find a piece of cardboard inside when I got home to eat it. I called to complain, and they hung up on me. When I called back, the employee accused me of lying! I nearly ate that cardboard! I definitely won't be returning. I've been to this restaurant several times since it was remodeled, and each visit has left me feeling that something is missing. The portions of meat are consistently small, which is disappointing. The staff also seems to have a negative attitude, looking unhappy no matter what time it is. I used to go there often since I live just down the street, but lately, I've been choosing other places or completely different restaurants instead.

This Taco Bell is hands down the worst I've ever experienced. They repeatedly mess up our orders every time we go. The food often leaves us feeling unwell. The customer service is awful, and the staff is quite rude. Tonight, the food had a strange taste—it was probably a mistake to eat it, especially after witnessing one of the employees acting inappropriately at the counter.

I waited in line for an excessively long time. Several employees saw me standing there with cash in hand but did not approach to take my order. Finally, someone came to the counter, placed an order down, and then walked away without even acknowledging my presence. After 10 minutes, someone finally came over and asked if I was ready to order. The customer service was terrible.

This spot use to be alright with the good food and service, but the last few time I been here its been very poor. Missing items long wait even though it isn't busy. Just today I was missing my chicken quesadilla so had to turn back. When I got home I took a bite out of my chicken chalupa and it barely had any chicken in it. Each time I visit this restaurant since its renovation, I find something missing, and the portions of meat are noticeably small. The staff often seem unhappy and carry a negative attitude, no matter what time it is. Overall, I live nearby and used to come here frequently, but lately, I've been opting for other places instead.
