I want to start by acknowledging that many places are facing staffing shortages. However, this particular location really needs to improve its face-to-face customer service. There was no sign indicating that the drive-thru is only for online app orders. About a week ago, I waited in line for a solid 15 to 20 minutes, only to be informed at the speaker that they were only accepting app orders. Today, I stopped by after work to order a burrito, but after waiting 27 minutes, the order I received was incorrect. I had a really bad experience at Taco Bell’s drive-thru! I placed a mobile order 15-20 minutes before arriving, yet I still waited over 45 minutes in line. Many others were in the same situation, only to find out it was mobile orders exclusively. I kept turning off my car repeatedly because it took at least 7-10 minutes for each vehicle to get their food! I used to love this Taco Bell location, but after today, I won’t be coming back, even though it’s more convenient for me. Waiting 45 minutes for fast food is just unacceptable! Horrific drive thru experience!! I made a mobile order 15-20 minutes before arriving and still waited 45 plus minutes in the drive thru!! Tons of people waited in line only to find out it was mobile order only. I literally kept turning my car off because it would take at least 7-10 minutes for them to get food to each car!! I use to love this location but after today I'll never go to this location again even if it's closer to my house!! Fast food that takes 45 minutes is absolutely absurd!!Also of note, the dinning room is completely closed too so the only people they are serving are mobile orders in the drive thru!!
Gotta be the worst Taco Bell in the area. Ordered online thinking it would make things easier. Show up 10 minutes after I order and they say its gonna be another 45 minutes?.with no other customers in the restaurant. Leave, come back, pick up the food. Thefood I have doesn?t even make sense. Crunch wrap supreme got beans in it instead of meat, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no cheese andsome sour cream. All the other tacos were wrong as well. Just go on and log off for me shug.

I've visited this Taco Bell three times, and every time my order was wrong. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to get the wrong items, then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to fix it. I don’t mind waiting if the food is hot, fresh, and accurate, but this has been really frustrating. I’m finished with this location—I've wasted too much time and money.
This Taco Bell is always bustling with activity, but the staff is fast and friendly. We go there around twice a month, and our orders are consistently correct, hot, and ready to enjoy! It's just what you'd expect from any Taco Bell experience. If you're in the mood for a quick bite, you’ll probably find yourself coming here to satisfy your hunger in no time!
This is the third time I have been here and the order was wrong. I have to sit for 20 minutes in the drive through to get my order but wrong then have to sit for another 20 minutes to have them replace the wrong items. Honestly I don’t mind waiting if the food is hot fresh and correct. I’m done with this Taco Bell. I’ve lost to much time and money.
This place is terrible if you don’t want to wait 30 minutes for a freeze and a cinnamon twist! On top of that, before you even receive your food, they’re already trying to rush you out because they close dinner at 7:30 pm! DO NOT COME HERE! THIS LOCATION DESPERATELY NEEDS MORE STAFF!

This location has the best customer service. I stopped eating at taco bell for years. Decided to try out this location and twice felt like I was at Chick fli la. From the time you order til you pick up your food, they all have exceptional service and should be proud.
