Within the last month or so, the times I have been serviced, the I’ve had no complaint about the food. It fell within the upper echelon of Taco Bell foods, which isn’t really saying much, but no one is expecting gourmet food. Unfortunately, there have been a few times I mistakenly tried to get food later in the night (which is a normal facet of the taco bell experience we’re all familiar with), but I was either told the store had closed, or the store was abandoned entirely, which was confusing considering it was only 11:30 at night. The staff at Taco Bell are always friendly and approachable when available. It's the only late-night dining option in the China Spring area, but their inconsistent hours can be frustrating. Although their signs and online info say they're open until 1 a.m. or later, I've found the restaurant closed several times between midnight and 12:30 a.m. It seems they are understaffed for late-night shifts, which leads to delays. It would be great if they could either update their hours or ensure enough staff to prevent this issue. Additionally, when working late, the employees often juggle multiple roles like taking orders, preparing food, and managing the drive-thru, which slows down service.
This store needs to be shut down. Awful management and they rip you off. We paid $21 for the order to be completely wrong and the amount food provided was half of what we usually get at any other Taco Bell. Maybe a tablespoon of meat on the chalupas andthe rest was just lettuce. The quesadilla only had a tiny bit of meat and vary small amount of cheese only in the center. Noneof the food was hot. The two orders of nacho fries were only about half full. And they didn?t even give us cheese sauce. Thechalupas weren?t even chalupas because for about the 15th time their dryer is down.
Taco Bell was short staffed but managed to do their best under the circumstances. The food from the menu was great, hot, and accurate. The only downside was the wait time, which is understandable nowadays given staffing shortages. This experience was much improved compared to eight months ago when orders were often incorrect and the doors sometimes remained closed. They are also excellent at accommodating dietary restrictions and substitutions.

The employee at that took my order was great, she was friendly an paid attention to what we wanted. Granted our order was medium size, but I have had bigger orders before, this order took almost 30 mins to be completed. I have never had to wait more than10-15 mins to complete. The staff in the back seemed to be more interested in joking and talking with each other than working.The drive thru was moving slow as well.
For one they need to fix that they close at 12 and not 1. Had everyone waiting in line for over an hour just to get up there and say they are closed, and two the food and speed of service is just down right horrible towards the end of the day.
Ordered food without sour cream. Brought this to one of the employees. He didn't know what to do. They also had no forks and I ordered a salad. Didn't find out there weren't anyforks until I ordered and paid.
Wish I knew the young man’s name that took my order, made it and brought it to me.give him a Pat on the back. Great management awesome service

This was the worst food ever I didn't get my whole order or no sauce napkins or hot food they need a new night
