I just want to say, to all those in the service industry THANK YOU! Since the pandemic everything has changed. I stood in this loocation waiting for my order to be made and sat on the counter. I watched as the drive thru filled up as well as thecounter for mobile and delivery orders did the same. You all working as fast as you can to provide everyone their order withprecision and quality is an effort that most have never experience in their work life. I appreciate your effort to providemyself and others with the food they crave. I was very disappointed with the woman supervisor or manager working on Nov 7th, evening. One worker was doing fine near the window and for some reason headed to counter. This female manager proceeded to use a harsh, nasty tone of voice to criticizethis worker about something. I would say she was yelling in a rude way. She didn't help her solve the problem or encourage herin any way, she just kept walking. The worst part was, she was VERY LOUD in front of many customers as well as employees. It was very uncomfortable. Drive through was a very long wait so I went in. There we're a lot of workers there, maybe some didn'tknow what they we're doing. Much quicker. Decent food.
Store is clean, workers are understaffed, and the drive thru is always busy. It's the typical taco bell food so you know what you are getting and there are a few mess ups on orders here and there but overall not bad.

Carbondale location. Was very nice and clean. The gentlemen that took out order at the counter was very nice and let us know about all options with our meals.

While the service was ok, the food was bad. Ordered berrito's and received nothing but dough with very little of anything else.
