I came here without a car as the inside was closed and waitied in line at the drive thru. When it was my turn these kids didnt take my order and refused to talk to me. I let the car behind me go after i was refused an order and they immediately saidhello to them. Somebody at the drive theu then bought me what i wanted with my money that i gave them. The workers were 2 kidsan african american one and a short stubby white kid.
I want to emphasize that there’s no need to feel bad for having a large number of customers during peak times. It’s far better to maintain a calm pace than to rush through and create chaos; doing so helps ensure that every order is accurate and that great customer service is upheld. Everything was neat and well-prepared, and I truly appreciate the effort put in by the night shift team. You all are doing an amazing job!
I ordered two crunchy tacos, and when I opened one, there was hardly any meat in it—both ends were empty! I went to the cashier, who explained that they now use a smaller scoop for the meat. They did replace my tacos, which I appreciated. However, when she handed me the new bag, she told me that I'll need to order double meat next time. I won’t be returning!
I enjoy using the Taco Bell app, and whenever I arrive, my order is always ready for me. The service is excellent, and the employees are friendly. I accidentally left my debit card at the drive-thru and was really worried. When I called, I spoke with a wonderful person named Victor who reassured me and informed me that my card was secure in the safe. Thank you, Victor, and all the honest staff at this location! You truly are a blessing!
I've visited this place several times since I relocated from New Mexico in early March 2022, usually going through the drive-thru. I'm grateful for the team's collaboration, as I often order the Burrito and Taco pack along with the new burrito.
less than impressed by the journey through cashiers today, as they do not listen to my entire order, gave me an incomplete order, and gave false change and the discrepancy between the website menu and the available local menu is annoying.
The service was quick and friendly, and the staff were very helpful. The steak, white hot fries, and burrito were all delicious—not overly spicy, but the heat gradually built up and had great flavor. The iced coffee was also excellent. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
