We visited this restaurant with the family after some Black Friday shopping and placed our order, which totaled nearly $50. After ordering, we discovered they only had water and tea available because the carbonation was out. To make matters worse, there was no hand soap in either bathroom, and apparently, throughout the entire building. Additionally, every table in the dining area was dirty. It felt like a risk to eat there! The staff also had a poor attitude when we inquired about the soap.
I visited the restaurant a few hours ago and ordered a veggie burrito, but instead received two burritos with chicken. The woman at the drive-through window was incredibly rude—I've never encountered such unfriendliness here before. I had to request sauce, and as she slammed the window shut, she tossed the sauce into the bag and shoved it back at me without saying a single word.
I had the best experience ever! My order can be a bit complicated, but they always get it exactly right! I feel so fortunate. Dylan, who took my order and handed me my food at the window, was incredibly kind and even asked how I was doing! I really appreciated that he changed his gloves when shifting from the register to handing me my food. What a thoughtful young man!
The cheese rice and bean burrito was, as always, a good value for the money. However, there was a downside: the cashier didn’t give me my drink at the same time because she was taking another order, and I ended up driving off without it. The store is excellent and has a really convenient location. I would have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately, they were out of CO2, so our only drink options were sweet tea, unsweetened tea, or water.
A hard working but understaffed location for a Friday night! So it took 15m for 3 tacos. They were thorough and polite but really need some other bodies in the helping. Keep up the good work team!
Sooo glad they brought back the Mexican Pizza!!! Just had my first Mexican Pizza since they took it off the menu. Great flavor and tortilla was crisp even though a bit saturated with oil. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The line moved swiftly, the food was hot, and the Nacho Fries are just as delicious as always. I just wish Taco Bell would season their beans as well as they do the other items.
