I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the service we received from Jose A. He mistakenly charged us for a steak but served us beef instead. When we requested a receipt, he failed to provide one, and when my wife approached him to address the issue, he was rude and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the problem, he simply refunded her in cash and tossed the money on the counter.
Furthermore, my son, who only drinks water, was told that they do not provide cups of water, which is completely untrue. As someone who works for a major food manufacturer and deals with premix machines, I can confidently say this is incorrect. To top it off, the restaurant imposes a $36...
Jose A, is a terrible employee. I know he charged us for a steak, gave us beef. Didn't offer us a receipt. When we went back to correct order he got mouthy with my wife, who gave it right back to him. Instead of making it right, he gave my wife a cash refund and basically threw it at her on the counter. In addition my son who only drinks water, was told they don't offer cups of water which is not true I work for a MAJOR food manufacturer and we take care of the premix machines. Also mall upcharge 36 dollars for junk.
The prices at this restaurant are extremely high, the tacos are not very filling, and the staff member lacks any personality, making it seem like placing an order is a hassle. Paying $7 for two basic tacos that are typically priced at $4-5 elsewhere is disappointing. I recommend going to the one in Norwich for better food and more reasonable prices. My experience on 1/30/2023 was highly disappointing.
Ever since I moved to Connecticut, I have found that all Taco Bell restaurants have been disappointing. However, this particular place exceeded my expectations. They got all of my modifications right and the food was served promptly. Jose is definitely the hero of the week in my book!

I typically have a good experience at this Taco Bell, but I was let down after a 40-minute drive home only to discover that I received just one burrito instead of the two I had ordered and paid for. It was quite disappointing.
