This restaurant can be hit or miss. They frequently get orders wrong, whether it’s forgetting substitutions or leaving items out entirely. Today, the tall guy at the drive-thru window seemed to have an attitude. I don’t understand why customer service staff with such demeanor are allowed to interact with customers; it negatively impacts their reputation. Given the current unemployment situation, you’d think they would appreciate having a job. I sincerely wish him well, but I won’t be returning to this location. There’s another option at Mid Rivers just a short drive away.
The service was disappointing as they didn't follow any of my requests. The food was decent, but we had to pick off a lot of unwanted items. The cashier did read back my order to confirm it, which I appreciated, but they really need to take their job more seriously. If someone isn't happy working there, they should consider a change. Additionally, it's important to note that sour cream can cause issues for people with a casein allergy. Next time, I plan to come in and insist that they remake my order, as it was all incorrect.
The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, but they frequently get my orders mixed up and deliver them earlier than I anticipate. Having worked in the food service industry myself, I recognize the challenges they encounter, especially with the ongoing complications from the coronavirus pandemic. It can be quite disappointing to return home after a long day only to discover that I've been charged for one item but received something entirely different.
I'll take this Taco Bell tonight and wait in the line to place my order. I came to the speaker 20 minutes before closing and said they were closed for the night I saw the car in front of me. If I ask why the answer my manager just said we have to close now. This is not the first problem I had with this particular place, but it is definitely the last because I don't give them another dollar of my money. Avoid visiting during breakfast hours. This was my second time attempting to go there around 8:15, and although there were people inside, no one responded to the drive-thru speaker. I waited for seven minutes before deciding to leave and head to the Burger King next door, where they actually serve customers during business hours. I'm assuming that the people with the black SUV and black Charger were just hanging out and not working.
This restaurant is the worst in town. If you're considering dining here, I suggest you think again. The food is poorly presented and simply thrown into a bowl, while the packaging is either stale or falling apart. I asked for sour cream, but everything ended up mixed together instead of being served properly. I have no intention of returning, and I would definitely advise a friend to pick a different restaurant.
I've never had my order done correctly at this place, except for when it comes to charging me for extras. I specifically asked for and paid for tomatoes on my taco, but there were none. I also didn't receive any cheese, yet I was still charged for it. No matter what I order, something is always wrong. Don't even think about trying to get it corrected—they're too busy for that.
Seems like they make the food fresh to order. I personally like the taco salad, all the ingredients were fresh tasting. I can appreciate the fresh vegetables, properly cooked meats, either chicken , or beef. I also like that they put the sauce to the side, that you can order extra sour cream or quacamoli or salsa. This place is terrible. I wouldn't recommend going. The drinks came without ice, and our order of nachos only came with one serving of cheese and no chips or lettuce—just meat and cheese. The quesadilla was so cold that the cheese didn’t even melt. The sauce was just a dry clump from a broken packet. Good luck trying to find this place open!
