I visited the drive-thru recently and I have to say, the young woman working there deserves a raise. She had an amazing attitude and is truly one of the best customer service representatives I've encountered in a long time. I placed an online order, and everything was packed correctly and included in the bag. My only issue was the wait time, especially since I ordered online to avoid delays. EXCELLENT We had a great experience here! After spending the night at St. Bernard State Park, we took the ferry to Belle Chasse. As it was getting late and there were only two more ferry trips scheduled, we decided to stop at this restaurant. The grande burrito was delicious. While we were waiting, I noticed the car in front of us seemed to have a friendly exchange with the person at the window. A second person then came to the window, handed over a green, slush-like drink and a bag, shook hands, and then drove away. It was interesting because I didn’t see any money being exchanged.
The food was prepared fresh to order. Though I thought the Rattle Snake Fries could benefit from a bit more seasoning to match my preferences, we were satisfied with the prompt service and were in and out in just 5 minutes overall.
