I received a promo code for four free tacos through a San Jose Sharks promotion (four goals, four tacos). Unfortunately, this specific location did not honor the promotion at the drive-thru. Instead, they told me I needed to place an order through their app to redeem it. I ended up leaving the drive-thru, parking my car, downloading the app, and spending 20 minutes trying to find where to enter the code for the free tacos, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I love the food and the location, but there is a significant issue that needs to be addressed. They now have large signs instructing customers to "Order at the Kiosk," which is a complete failure. Seriously? Only two kiosks available? While there were six people in the lobby trying to order or waiting to do so, there were seven staff members behind the counter. To make matters worse, the kiosk froze while I was trying to place my order. Is this a shortage of employees, or is it a misguided corporate strategy to cut costs? Either way, it fails to consider the customer experience, and it's extremely frustrating. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience!

My favorite place to visit late at night! They consistently load up on cheese, meat, and all the delicious toppings. The staff is amazing—always friendly and approachable. If I could, I would give it 7 stars! They not only prepare your order exactly how you want it, but even surpass your expectations!
Kudos to the person who prepared my meal. This is the first time a Doritos Locos Taco has stayed intact the entire time I ate it. Plus, it looked great too. Thanks for your effort and for providing me with a satisfying late-night dinner.

This is the best Taco Bell in the area. The food quality is outstanding, and they provide vegetarian options, giving you the freedom to customize your order. Additionally, there's ample parking available!
Dining room was spotless especially the area I sat in. Counter help was excellent as the same person who helped me did the drivethrus as well. Very smooth running. I like going to this TB. Mahalo.
The burritos at Taco Bell are too small for their price. I'm willing to pay more for a decent-sized burrito, but unfortunately, I won't be going back.
The cheese on the nachos at Taco Bell was bitter, making them inedible. I was disappointed with the menu choice.
