Be prepared for long wait times and potentially poorly made food due to the strain on staff, who are often working under unrealistic expectations for speed. If you know exactly what you want, it’s much more efficient to place smaller orders. After my time as a delivery driver, I’ve come to see large orders as inconsiderate, as this restaurant is better suited for quick, individual meals rather than feeding a family. I had an excellent experience at the drive-thru yesterday, June 1st, at 2:00 PM. The two young men working there were fantastic—so friendly and attentive. They even provided napkins and a fork without me having to ask! The Nachos Bell Grande was delicious this time, much better than a few months ago when it was overly salty. -Holly
