I am tired of dining at this restaurant. They do not serve water from their fountain. When I tried to order sushi, the server informed me that they only serve water from their own source, not from the machines. It is concerning that they do not address this issue. I will not be eating here anymore as it is not safe. They should have informed me about the cleanliness of the place. My child got sick, and we all fell ill. I went to the hospital and was told it was food poisoning. This establishment needs to get their act together as everything seems chaotic and they are headed for trouble. This Taco Bell location consistently disappoints with skimpy portions, inaccurate orders, and dirty dining areas. The beef is greasy and watery, causing taco shells to fall apart. Despite being a longtime customer, I now drive past this location to go to another one. It's a shame to see a once-decent spot decline in quality.
I would not recommend this place to anyone at any time. The food was terrible and I could not even eat it but lettuce was wilted. The food on gone I could not consume because of the wilted lettuce. Although I really enjoy food from this chain, I cannot recommend this location with a clear conscience.
I was very disappointed to find that my cinnamon buns were as hard as rocks when I received them. I couldn't eat them, even though I usually order them all the time. They were definitely overcooked. Besides that, everything else about the meal was great.

Second time ive ordered from this tacobell and they didnt send me anything i ordered. Only thing inthe bag was two single tacos. Glad DoorDash gives refunds! Worst tacobellin kanawha city
It was ok other than the fact it's impossible to get into unless your from around there. Staff was kinda rude but food was good.
My food was absolutely terrible. The potatoes were stale and was supposed to have a hash brown. So bad my dogs wouldnt eat it.
They also are doing way better at food prep. It was great. Everything was visually appetizing as well as delicious ?

The food was very tasty, the restaurant followed my special instructions, and even included extra sauce.
The nacho fries were delicious and the steak quesadilla was also enjoyable and satisfying.
