Every time I visit this restaurant, it feels like there are no adults managing the place. The service is incredibly slow. On one occasion, I went there for lunch at noon and they had no chicken available, claiming they needed more time to cook it. During lunchtime! They even suggested I order a taco instead. I don’t plan on returning. They really need to hire someone responsible to manage the restaurant. Even the staff at the nearby Subway commented on their laziness.
The lady at the drive-thru is pretty rude. I couldn't hear anything, and when I asked, if anyone there she was like.. ya, i am here till 1 am. And also she sounded annoyed. If you dont like to work.. find something else to do.. also idk why but i cant call this fast food because i had to wait about 15 minutes(not exaggerating) in the line and another 10 minutes in the parking lot to get my food. 10/29 around 4pm in case a manager want to check it out.
The Taco Bell/KFC in Canton is disappointing. The prices are unreasonably high—$5 for a chicken taco, plus an extra $1.90 for the chicken option? Are you serious? Almost $30 for just two tacos, one quesadilla, and one Crunchwrap Supreme? This will be my last visit. Just because of your location doesn't mean you can justify such outrageous prices. I will be reaching out to your corporate office to express my concerns.
Waited over 5 minutes and had to get attention of staff for them to even take our order. Orders came out with incorrect sauce and items and wasn’t even worth trying to communicate issues. Staff who eventually (after we directly asked for them to take our order) came over handed money back completely out of order and in clumps. Worst service ever. Avoid location at all costs. Ordered my food around 12:30, fairly large order so I came to the restaurant around 1 pm. It is now 1:30 and i am still waiting at the restaurant and being told another 10-20 minutes before my order would be ready. They're too focused on the drive through and not the people in the restaurant and this is unacceptable.
I’m honestly surprised this place remains in business. I placed a mobile order and still had to wait 20 minutes. The staff seemed disinterested and unhurried. Overall, it felt slow and they clearly didn’t care about providing good service.
Recently remodeled, the service and quality have been super. Seems like newer staff, Friendly in my dealings with them. Food has been great. Glad I went back.
Make sure you check your order before leaving because I consistently don't get what I ordered. Also they skimp on fillings way more than Taco Bells in the Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
They said they were only open for Door dash only. But the website said they are open. Very frustrating.
