Staff were busy chatting amongst themselves about their lives and non work matters. I ordered a combo meal and not given my drink. The lady just placed my bag on counter and walked away. I waited for someone to see me.. Finally the person cooking saw me and I said I needed my drink cup. He mentioned to girl to get see what I needed. She started to head toward me and then STOPPED and started chatting with the person working the drive thru window. So irritating waiting and watching this chatting going on. Most of the time, this Taco Bell restaurant is average. However, I had a really bad experience in the drive-thru once. Despite this, I have received a free drink on a couple of other visits. I would give it 3 stars as the best rating. This Taco Bell is a good choice if you want something fast that tastes alright and don't want to spend too much money. There are often staffing shortages, leading to long wait times. My terrible drive-thru experience involved waiting for about a half hour for a bean burrito, due to slow service and mistakes with my order. However, other visits have been better. This Taco Bell location is excellent. The staff is friendly, they have high chairs for children, and I could refill my drink without any issues. The food was delicious, at the perfect temperature, and there was plenty of it. I ordered the $5 snack box which included everything I needed, from the drink to the main meal and dessert, all neatly packed in a box. The only thing I would change is using a tray instead of a box to reduce waste. The restaurant had ample parking, was easy to locate, and had a clean eating area and bathrooms. Get yourself a vegan burrito for only $1 (plus tax) and here's how you can make it even better. Start with a Cheesy Bean Rice burrito, but make it fresco by adding pico de gallo and skipping the cheese. Substitute black beans for refried beans and add some lettuce and green sauce. 1/16/23 Hubby opted to get soft tacos at Taco Bell I was going to check if their nacho fries are better here.... And the guy at the drive thru says they no longer have them!!! He said it in a low monotonous voice, like he needed a pick me up. Hubby got his tacos in a jiffy he says they 're meh . They 're okay . Not bad for a quick snack!
I would like to leave a review for the young lady who was working the drive-thru headset today on 4/29/24 at 11 am. I just wanted to say that she was incredibly kind and friendly, and I truly appreciated the excellent service. I didn't catch her name, but I believe she may have had freckles and lighter colored eyes.
Every time neanderthal go to location on del llama, same thing happen They ask me what kind hot sauce I want I tell them FIRE (best invent ever) They give me bag I get home, no hot sauce at all Why ask what kind hot sauce I want if no give to me??? Maybe try think inside of box for this one ha
(redemption) now 5 stars! The food was made quickly and efficiently, and it was ready on time. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. The food was neatly organized in a bag, which was a nice touch. All of my special requests, like extra onions, were included. Great job!

I hadn't eaten at Taco Bell in a while, but this particular location is my favorite. I usually order crunchy tacos when I'm busy and no one else is home to cook. The drive-thru service is usually quick and convenient.
I thought it seemed odd that my total at the drive through was an even amount. When I got home I discovered they had rounded up the total for the TB Foundation without my authorization. Not cool.
