Rude as hell and they are always behind. So inattentive that they never even accepted my mobile order and just looked at me strange when I was standing in their establishment waiting to be acknowledged. 2 weeks later I make an order online and then when I get to the store, I waited in line to make another order for the person who caught a ride with me and the drive thru attendant tells me I cannot order and I would have to go all the way around in that long line just to order again. Worst part about it? It was ONE DIPPING TACO AND A DRINK. Instead she has a stank attitude. You need to fire the whole crew and start all over cause this isn’t it. This taco bell is so bad, I don't even know how they got a health score of 98. There was trash all over the floor, the counters were greasy, the tables still had trash on them. There were 2 people in the kitchen 1 person at drive thru window, manager in the back. No one came up to the register for 15 minutes. Finally got my pick up order, looked in the bag, got a third of my order. I order 10 tacos, there was only 4 in the bag. The MANAGER had to redo my order cause the kitchen people don't know how to follow a pick up order. They even messed up the person in front of me order. This took 30 minutes to finally get my order, from when I placed it in the app, to driving there, and picking it up...
This is supposed to be a cheesy gordita crunch. Does anyone else NOT see cheese?! I bought two tacos on top of these. I paid for extra cheese for both and didn't receive that. I also didn't even get the second taco. Never bothering with this lazy location again. Taco Bell, you're going downhill.
gave me the completely wrong order then refused to answer the phone after trying to call the store for 30 minutes, so now im out my money and my food. great job! update: by far the worst fast food experience ive ever had, and its not even close fr, genuine incompetence at every single level. Ordered a spicy potato soft taco without lettuce and the last 2 times it’s come with lettuce on it. Last time I didn’t even eat it and tonight I picked the lettuce off to realize it was primarily lettuce. It’s not called a lettuce spicy potato taco.
I have a question; what's the point of asking me what sauce I want if you're not even gonna give it to me?
Usually order through doordash but everything always tastes good and hits the spot for a midnight snack
