Ordered at the till and was passively served by toby. He did not pay attention to the order or any questions asked at all. Once I had a look at the receipt I had seen he had put through something completely different to what I had asked for. Thought it was fine to let them know so they could resolve the issue, however I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully as a customer as the server was arguing when I was simply being patient and telling me to basically do one. The manager politely resolved the issue however he was constantly being rude and argumentative. Almost felt threatened with the stares and comments I was receiving by TOBY. The music is played so loud that the speakers are cracking/popping. Couldn’t talk to each other or even hear the staff call out our number. Place was dead when we visited during the school Holidays. Lady’s first toilet was dirty and had no toilet seat, looked ripped off. My son’s first visit to Taco Bell and he was really disappointed in how dirty and uninviting the place was. The one near Victoria centre is slightly better. Food was ok typical of Taco Bell.
Machine wouldn't issue a receipt, the music blasts electric dance too laud to talk , all the food was cold , my burrito had no beef one toilet was locked and the second has no light in it the staff take the piss with a burrito full of avocado, all round terrible experience , please fix level zero customer service
Dirty and grim. Food expensive for what it is, stale and cold. Every surface (tables, chairs, order screens, floor, windows, even the WALLS) covered in grime. God knows when they were last cleaned properly. Just gross. Grim

Order counters mostly not working/ broken. Dirty place. Crispy taco received broken- was falling apart. Big minus no option to order plain fries. Do not go, better cook at home

Messed up order. Food is crap don't believe photos looks like slop spilled into some tacos/burritos and lettuce thrown on top.
Ordered food came cold and a very small portion,definitely not worth the £3 that they charge you....................
