Ordered a lot of food for a group of 5. I was asked to pull around to the front, no big deal. Guy brings out my food in 1 bag. It is stuffed. He hands it to me, lets me know it’s ripped, tells me to have a good night. I got everything home, was missing a large tot. One bag for 4 combos, an extra soft burrito, and a nacho. Maybe if I had the extra tot, they would have thought I needed another bag. Would have been glad to pay for an extra bag so the food wasn’t all sitting on top of each other, and I didn’t have to worry about everything dropping out on my way inside my home.
2 days back to back the order was wrong and while yes they fixed it they also didn’t want to take accountability on their end and tried to pin it on me the customer and grill me about what exactly I ordered. The girl the night before said it wasn’t her fault and then as the manager walked away and had his back turned she gave him the finger. No wonder that taco time is so slow. Won’t be back.
