The first spot that’s ever truly lived up to their slogan surprisingly good It really is! Every time I go, I’m impressed with their offerings always great breakfast and they also have cocktails (enjoyed a tasty Negroni slushy during the summer time). I’m vegetarian and they always have something yummy for me and my meat eating husband to eat. The courtyard seating area outside has heaters and some cover if the weather is wet, and a fire pit too. My favorite Cafe in Seattle hands down! Everyone knows about their legendary breakfast tacos on the weekends, but now their rotating lunches have me coming back non stop! I can not believe they turn out such epic lunches out of that lil kitchen. Seriously you will not be disappointed. The staff is always on point no matter what I order, and the vibe is always very welcoming even when they are slammed.

After the hustle and bustle of the weekend, everything was just right at the Tailwind. I like the mix of bicyclists checking our equipment, patrons recapping events over coffee and under spoked wheels. This may be my favorite café in Seattle.

So delicious! I loved the vegan breakfast sandwich and my latte. The flavor was killer. My boyfriend loved his egg bacon breakfast sandwich and latte as well. Really lovely little courtyard that you can eat outside at. Highly recommend!
Not only does it have great food and a cozy atmosphere but it was very refreshing to see that the management decided to pay a consistent wage and that the cafe is tip free. Kudos !
Delicious food and a great atmosphere. Their avocado toast is the best I've had in Seattle. The staff is friendly and there's a great selection of coffee and drinks.
One of my favorite hidden gems of the city. I love coming here to hang out. The owners here are delightful. Try their avocado toast and hot mulled wine!
