I absolutely adore the food at this restaurant. Each curry has a unique and delicious flavor. The meat portions are generous and the curries are not overwhelmed with large chunks of onions and peppers like other Indian restaurants. The lemon rice is amazing and the nan breads are thin, fluffy, and crispy. The food tastes even better when dining in rather than getting takeout. Be sure to try the Bengali special! The restaurant could use a makeover, but the friendly owner is always there to provide a warm welcome and a good chat.
This is an amazing restaurant with authentic food. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have never been let down. The staff is friendly and attentive, they never rush you out, even at closing time. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable, making this Indian restaurant a hidden gem. Plus, being able to bring your own alcohol makes it an affordable evening out.
Wow, what a great experience I had here! Food is really world class, the service and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant is not licensed, but the staff are more than happy for you to buy a bottle or two from the off license next door. I would really really recommend this place. One of the best Indians I’ve been to in London!
I’ve been living in Acton for 5 years and been here a lot and it is always our takeaway when looking for a curry option. Food is fresh and delicious and not greasy like some other curry houses. I would say this is the best Indian in west London. Not too expensive either! Staff are always friendly and happy to see us...

We eat at Taj at least once a month, and are never disappointed. The food is always delicious, the portions are generous, the price is excellent and the owner is friendly and welcoming. It’s BYO so you can pick up a few drinks in the shop next door before you arrive. What more do you want?
omg! the momos, they were the most tasty momos I had since I came to london. also the Indian food here is like india. otherwise the other Indian sites are simply disappointing. mango chutney what fab my only regret is it order online, I missed the momos steam hot!

Just experienced a fantastic takeaway from Taj Restaurant. The chicken vindaloo was tasty and had just the right amount of heat. Very pleased indeed.

Wow. Try the tandoori half chicken for a starter and lamb tak tak. Fantastic food and service at great value prices. My favourite restaurant.
